• Device and diagnostics: device model, OS version, crash logs, performance metrics (for app stability).

• Purchase data: transaction IDs, product IDs, subscription status via Apple’s StoreKit.
• Local content: projects, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device unless you export/sync.

• To provide core features (controllers, presets, Ableton Link, MIDI connectivity).
• To process purchases, verify entitlements, and restore purchases.
• To maintain app security, performance, and quality (debugging, crash analytics).
• To communicate important updates, changes, or support responses.

The App may request Local Network, Bluetooth, and Microphone permissions to discover peers (Ableton Link), connect MIDI devices (CoreMIDI/Bluetooth MIDI), and configure audio sessions. These permissions are only used to enable the features you choose.

Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive limited information (e.g., product IDs, transaction status) to unlock features. We do not store your full payment information.

• Apple StoreKit and App Store services (transactions, receipts).
• Crash/analytics services (e.g., Apple’s tools) for stability and performance insights.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to operate and improve the App, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described. Local projects remain on your device unless you delete them. You can delete the App or contact us to request data removal where applicable.

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain data. Contact us to exercise your rights. We may verify your request consistent with applicable laws.

The App is not directed to children under 6. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
